There are times when you feel completely overwhelmed at what life is throwing at you. And if you’re like me, you immediately start thinking about the “what ifs”…and get yourself emotionally worked up. I was talking to my best friend about my worries and concerns and she said something brilliant to me.<\/p>\n

She said “You need more information<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n It was perfect. She didn’t try to talk me out of my fears nor did she agree with my fears. And once she said that to me, I was able to shift out of my emotional headspace into one which was more fact based.<\/p>\n Without information, you tend to assume the worst.
