I love this. Too often men and women just talk….as if words are enough.\u00a0 What you want is to add value to the conversation which comes as a result of your experiences and accomplishments.\u00a0 You want people to care about what you think.<\/p>\n

Here’s a test: next meeting, say nothing. See if anyone asks you what you think.\u00a0 If no one asks, they’re going ahead without you. Change that.<\/p>\n
